Information We Collect

Next Set stores the following data exclusively on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, in your personal iCloud account via CloudKit:

• Workout and exercise session data (exercises, sets, reps, weight, notes)
• Personal records and progressive overload history

HealthKit

• Next Set may request access to Apple HealthKit to read and write health data, including heart rate and calorie information. This access is optional and only used to enhance your workout experience.

Data We Do Not Collect

• Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
• Your location
• Your usage behavior or analytics
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

iCloud & CloudKit sync

TIf you have iCloud enabled on your device, Next Set uses Apple's CloudKit framework to sync your workout data across your personal devices. This sync occurs between your devices and your private iCloud account only.

• AtlasCode has no access to your iCloud data
• Sync can be disabled at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud
• Deleting the app removes all locally stored data; iCloud data is managed through your Apple account

No accounts required

Next Set does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. The app is fully functional without any registration..

Analytics & advertising

Next Set contains no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking of any kind. AtlasCode does not collect usage statistics, crash reports, or behavioral data.

Data sharing

AtlasCode does not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. No data is transmitted to external servers by the app.

Data security

All data stored by Next Set resides on your device and in your personal iCloud account, both of which are protected by Apple's built-in security and encryption. AtlasCode does not maintain any servers that store your personal data.

Children's privacy

Next Set is not directed at children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children. Because no personal information is collected, the app poses no specific risk to younger users.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
